Your role & influence as Senior HR Advisor
Responsibility:
You will be given responsibility for driving and coordinating HR operations in Denmark while acting as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, employment law, organizational matters, and people management.
Collaboration:
Together with your team, you take care of delivering a consistent and high-quality employee and manager experience across the organization. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments HR Business Partners and HR Development.
Core activities:
Partner with managers across Denmark, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, and employment law.
Coordinate and manage local HR operations, including payroll collaboration, employee lifecycle processes, employment law compliance, and stakeholder dialogue.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, governance, and the overall employee experience.

Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, preferably within Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have experience within HR, including payroll coordination and employment law in Denmark.
You have strong organizational and planning skills and are comfortable working with HR systems, HR processes, and stakeholder management.
You are proficient in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
You have a proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven mindset.
You're available for full-time employment.
