Internal Communications Specialist
Thrive at Dustin: IT innovation, growth, and a dynamic team of 2000+ colleagues. Ready to make an impact?
At Dustin, stories are how we bring our people together — and we're looking for a creative Internal Communications Specialist to help us tell them. If you love turning strategy into content that genuinely connects, this role puts you at the heart of it.
This is what makes the position as Internal Communications Specialist unique
You'll be the creative engine behind how 2,000+ Dustineers across the Nordics stay informed, inspired, and connected — with real ownership of the channels, content, and story-finding that makes it happen.
This is a rare role that combines writing, video production, and visual design in one position — no two weeks will look the same. You'll work directly with leaders and teams across the entire company, building relationships and uncovering stories at every level of the organisation.
The People & Communication team is known for being one of the most collaborative and warm groups at Dustin — a fun, tight-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. At the same time, the role gives you reach far beyond the team itself: you'll get to know Dustineers from every corner of the business, from Sweden to the Netherlands, through the stories you uncover and share.
My name is Jessie Claar, Internal Communication Manager here at Dustin. As a leader, I believe in giving people the foundation they need to succeed — and then trusting them to run with it. I love working closely and collaboratively, but I have real faith in my team to find their own way of doing great work.
Your role & influence as Internal Communications Specialist
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for shaping and delivering Dustin's internal communications — creating the content, channels, and storytelling that keep our people informed, engaged, and proud to be part of something bigger.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of connecting, informing, and inspiring Dustineers across the organisation. You'll work closely not only with your immediate People & Communication team but also with leaders, managers, and teams across every business function at Dustin.
Core activities:
Producing and managing engaging content across all internal channels — including the intranet, newsletters, email, video, and presentations
Planning, scripting, filming, and editing compelling video content that brings initiatives and people to life
Partnering with leaders and teams to surface great stories and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all communications
Benefits of joining Dustin
We believe there's more to Dustin than just the benefits listed here. You'll fully understand this once you're with us. Curious? Our Life at Dustin page has you covered.
You can find more of our benefits below in the vacancy.
This is what we imagine you bring
We envision you as a curious and creative storyteller who thrives on connecting with people, turning ideas into compelling content, and proactively seeking out the stories that make an organisation come alive.
Additionally, it's important that:
Experience with internal communications, content creation, or a related field — whether in-house or from a media, journalism, or agency background
Technical skills including video production (filming and editing), basic graphic design, and proficiency with tools such as a CMS/intranet platform, design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe), and video editing software
Strong English writing and storytelling skills — you're confident crafting content in English, not just in your local language
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
