Your role & influence as E-commerce Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for Web Sales performance in one or more countries, driving commercial results and the online customer journey while balancing immediate sales opportunities with long-term customer loyalty.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of Web Sales results for one or more countries. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Offering, Digital Product Management, Marketing and Relation Sales to turn commercial plans into action and achieve shared goals.
Core activities:
Drive commercial results by creating and executing the commercial plan for your channel, setting targets and priorities and adjusting your approach as the market evolves.
Take responsibility for the online customer journey, from traffic and conversion to repeat orders, using merchandising activities to drive sales and strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
Use sales and customer data to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional execution, building strong relationships across the organisation to turn insights and strategy into results.

Additionally, it's important that:
You have a commercial background and at least three years of experience in e-commerce within a B2B environment.
You have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence others without formal authority.
You are analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn sales and customer insights into commercial actions.
You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking.
