My name is Pasi Peltola. I am Acting Director Solution Sales Finland at Dustin. Your role & influence as Solution Sales Specialist
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving network solution sales by identifying customer business needs, positioning tailored networking and security solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to support customer success and organizational growth.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of driving network solution sales and delivering impactful customer outcomes; you’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Solution Sales and Account Management teams.
Core activities:
Generate, develop, and manage a strong pipeline for network solutions by identifying and qualifying customer opportunities
Collaborate with account teams to define, plan, and execute effective sales strategies for networking and security offerings
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive long-term business value

Additionally, it's important that:
Have a relevant higher education (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent practical experience
Have proven experience (e.g. 3+ years) in network solution sales / a solid understanding of the network market
Understand the network market and customer needs
Demonstrate a track record of building, managing, and closing sales pipelines and meeting sales targets
Possess a solid technical understanding of network and security solutions
Can translate technical solutions into clear business value for customers
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and consultative sales skills
Have experience working with relevant vendors (e.g. HPE, Cisco, Fortinet – certifications are a strong plus)
Show strong stakeholder management and consultative sales skills
Work in a structured, proactive, and independent manner
Are comfortable using CRM tools to support sales processes
Have strong communication skills in Finnish and English
