Your role & influence as Account Manager:
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for acquiring and converting new customers in the SMB segment, building a strong sales pipeline, and establishing Dustin as a trusted long-term IT partner through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and solution selling.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of driving new business growth and helping customers find the right IT solutions for their needs. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Product & Services Specialists, Sales Support, and Delivery teams to create value for customers and win new business
Core activities:
Proactively identify, contact, and engage new customers through prospecting activities, outreach, and meeting bookings.
Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations and closing, building a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
Understand customer needs and collaborate with specialists and support teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that create long-term customer value.

Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, gained through education or equivalent professional experience.
You have experience with B2B sales, preferably within IT, technology, or solution sales, and are comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English, along with the ability to understand customer needs and connect them with value-driven solutions.
