Lead an already successful and high-performing Tenderdesk team while still playing a hands-on role in Dustin's most strategic and complex European tenders.
Shape winning commercial strategies and influence major business opportunities through close collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, leadership, and key stakeholders across the organization.
Drive the future development of the Tenderdesk function by combining people leadership, process improvement, and international collaboration across Europe.

Your role & influence as Manager Tenderdesk Sweden
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading and developing Dustin's Tenderdesk Sweden function, driving winning tender strategies, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, profitable bids that support business growth.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering winning, high-quality and profitable tenders that support Dustin's growth. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, Services, Vendor Management, and Operations, ensuring strong collaboration across the business to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Core activities:
Lead, coach, and develop the Tenderdesk Sweden team, creating a high-performing and collaborative environment while supporting team members in their professional growth.
Drive the end-to-end execution of complex tenders and commercial projects by defining winning strategies, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions.
Build strong partnerships across Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, Services, Vendor Management, Operations, and leadership teams to improve tender performance, win rates, and business results

Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
You have experience in Tender Management or Bid Management, including leading teams and managing complex European tenders and commercial projects.
You have excellent Swedish and English language skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and ideally experience from the IT industry or an affinity for technology.
