Your role & influence as Software Engineer Solutions - MCP
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for designing and developing scalable integration solutions while helping shape Dustin’s integration platform, API strategy, and emerging MCP capabilities.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of Dustin’s integration and MCP capabilities, collaborating closely not only with your immediate team members but also with colleagues across the Technology organisation and the wider business.
Core activities:
Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions using Azure, .NET, C#, APIs, and distributed technologies.
API & Digital Enablement: Build and evolve APIs and integration capabilities that securely connect Dustin’s systems, services, partners, and applications.
AI & MCP Enablement: Help develop MCP capabilities that make Dustin’s APIs and business services accessible to AI applications, agents, and large language models.

We envision you as a curious, solution-oriented, and self-driven developer who enjoys exploring new technology, challenging existing ways of working, and turning complex integration needs into practical solutions.
Additionally, it’s important that:
You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with enterprise integrations, application development, Azure-based integration solutions, and designing solutions in complex IT environments.
Strong technical skills in Azure, .NET, C#, REST APIs, distributed solutions, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD, with experience in Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, Bicep or Biztalk being a plus.
