Your role & influence as Invoice Support Administrator
Responsibility
You will be given responsibility for managing and coordinating the invoicing process, including analyzing, correcting, creating, and closing non-standard invoices while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution across workflows.
Collaboration
Together with your team, you take care of invoicing tasks that fall outside standard company processes, ensuring high-quality and efficient operations. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments across the organization to resolve challenges and continuously improve invoicing workflows.
Core activities
Correct, create, close, and analyze invoices to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
Investigate and resolve complex invoicing issues while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development and optimization of invoicing workflows.

Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
Experience with invoicing, finance operations, or a similar administrative role.
Experience working with Dynamics F&O (Finance and Operations).
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while managing deadlines and priorities.
Technical skills
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Dynamics F&O (Finance and Operations).
Knowledge of invoicing processes and finance operations.
Experience with process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with process automation tools and data analytics is considered a plus.
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
