My name is Juuli Jokinen. I am the Team Manager Service Desk. As a leader, I am passionate about creating a supportive and trusting environment where everyone feels empowered to grow, develop their skills, and make a meaningful impact, while being part of a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys succeeding together.
Your role & influence as Service Desk Representative
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for ensuring excellent customer support by resolving technical issues, managing cases efficiently, and delivering a seamless customer experience that keeps customers satisfied.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering high-quality customer support, meeting SLA commitments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Delivery, Operations, and Sales departments to provide the best possible service experience.
Core activities:
Helping customers via phone and email
Troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with colleagues
Managing cases according to ITIL processes

We envision you as a curious, structured, communicative, and driven individual with a genuine interest in technology who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of thinking and working.
Experience with supporting customers via phone and email is considered a plus.
You are comfortable communicating professionally in both Swedish and English.
You have experience working with basic IT tools and ticketing systems and can quickly adapt to new technologies.
Experience with Microsoft, remote desktop solutions, and case management systems - these are an advantage!
