Your role & influence as Service Product Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving the growth, profitability, and sales enablement of Dustin's Infrastructure Services portfolio, ensuring the right services and solutions are offered to meet customer needs across all markets.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of developing and optimizing a profitable, competitive, and customer-focused services portfolio that supports Dustin's growth ambitions. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with colleagues in Offering & Procurement and Sales Teams across all Dustin markets.
Core activities:
Own and develop the Professional Services portfolio, including roadmap, pricing, profitability, and lifecycle management.
Drive the creation and launch of new service offerings by identifying market opportunities and establishing strategic vendor partnerships.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Process Owners to ensure services are scalable, commercially successful, and deliver value to customers across all Dustin markets.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who combines commercial insight with service development expertise and enjoys translating market and customer needs into profitable Infrastructure Services offerings.
Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking;
You have experience with managing and developing service portfolios, including roadmap ownership, pricing, and profitability;
You have a strong understanding of the IT Infrastructure landscape, including Cloud, Datacenter, Network, Modern Workplace, and Security solutions;
You are proficient in English;
You're available for 37 hours a week.
