Your role & impact:
Responsibility: As an Inside Sales AV Specialist, you will coordinate and support AV projects by managing orders, documentation, and communication across multiple stakeholders. Your contribution is essential to ensuring efficient processes and a seamless customer experience.
Collaboration: You'll work very closely with your immediate team members in Inside Sales, and also with other departments such as Sales and Delivery, to ensure the success of all our projects.
Core activities:
Coordinate administrative activities throughout AV projects, from order handling to project completion.
Manage orders, documentation, and project-related communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Support our Sales Specialists, Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders with project administration and coordination.
Ensure accurate information flows between teams to create efficient and successful project deliveries.

We believe you are a structured and proactive team player who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, building relationships, and ensuring things run smoothly.
Additionally, it's important that you have:
Experience in project coordination, administration, order management, or similar customer-facing operational roles.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience working in business systems.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or the AV business is considered an advantage.
Strong communication skills, in both Swedish and English, and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
