My name is Sara Nordin. I am the Director Solution Sales in Sweden. As a leader, I empower my team to take ownership of their workday, fostering a culture of accountability while encouraging open, direct communication and continuous learning together.
Your role & influence as Sales specialist infrastructure
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving sales and creating new business opportunities within the HPE portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of driving the HPE business and achieving strong sales results. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as Relation Sales and other internal teams across Dustin.
Core activities:
Stay up to date on trends, innovations, and market developments within enterprise IT infrastructure, with a focus on HPE solutions
Actively engage with customers to identify needs and drive adoption of HPE-led solutions across compute, storage, and networking
Take full ownership of the sales process, ensuring achievement of targets and growth of the HPE business area

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering high-value infrastructure solutions with a focus on HPE technologies.
Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
Experience with enterprise storage solution sales and managing customer engagements within complex IT environments
Technical skills including strong expertise in HPE’s portfolio, data protection, IT security, and modern infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, and networking
Relevant HPE certifications such as HPE ASE – Storage, HPE ASE – Compute Solutions, or HPE ATP/ASE – Hybrid IT Solutions
