My name is Pasi Peltola. I am Acting Director Solution Sales Finland at Dustin. Your role & influence as Solution Sales Specialist
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for driving infrastructure solution sales by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored hybrid, datacenter, and storage solutions that support business growth and long-term value.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of driving infrastructure solution sales and achieving strong customer outcomes. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments such as solution sales and account management.
Core activities:
Generate and nurture a strong infrastructure sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and developing existing customer relationships
Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with account teams to drive business growth
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts, prospects, and vendors to ensure long-term customer success

Additionally, it's important that:
Have a relevant higher education (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent practical experience
Have proven experience (e.g. 3+ years) in infrastructure solution sales / a solid understanding of the infrastructure market
Understand the infrastructure market and customer needs
Demonstrate a track record of building, managing, and closing sales pipelines and meeting sales targets
Possess a solid technical understanding of complete infrastructure solutions
Have experience working with relevant vendors (e.g. HPE, Dell – certifications are a strong plus)
Work in a structured, proactive, and independent manner
Are comfortable using CRM tools to support sales processes
Have strong communication skills in Finnish and English
