Your role & influence as Country Director, Relation Sales Finland
Responsibility
You will be given responsibility for leading Dustin’s Relation Sales business in Finland, driving profitable growth, strengthening the customer offering, and ensuring strong execution of the commercial strategy.
Collaboration
Together with your team, you will build a strong and competitive sales business in Finland, with a clear focus on customer value and long-term growth. You will work closely not only with your leadership team, but also with key vendors and partners, as well as group functions such as Offering & Procurement, Operations, Finance, and HR, and with other country organisations across Dustin.
Core activities
Drive sales performance and growth across key customer segments, including public sector and B2B
Develop and grow services and solutions sales, strengthening Dustin’s customer offering
Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization, ensuring strong execution and accountability
Strengthen and develop our collaboration with key partners in the Finnish market to further strengthen our position in the partner landscape.

Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
Experience with leading B2B sales organizations, including P&L responsibility
Technical understanding of solution and service-based sales, ideally within IT, technology, or related industries
