The Hiring Manager for the role is Sara Fagerlund, Team Manager, Fulfillment Center. As a leader, she is passionate about coaching her team members to grow and succeed, fostering strong engagement and creating an environment where we continuously develop and achieve together.

Your role & influence as Warehouse Employee

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for picking and packing orders across both the AutoStore system and the manual warehouse, ensuring high accuracy while contributing to a smooth, efficient workflow that helps the team achieve daily production targets.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of the entire order flow, from picking to delivery, ensuring customers receive their shipments on time and in the right place. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments Inbound, Delivery Support, and Config to keep operations running smoothly end to end.

Core activities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately using both the AutoStore system and the manual warehouse

• Perform quality checks to ensure the right products, quantities, and labeling before dispatch

• Contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow by collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment, takes pride in accuracy and is motivated to learn and grow within modern warehouse operations.

We are looking for someone preferably with some experience in warehouse work, preferably in picking and packing. You are comfortable with hands-on tasks and working in a fast-paced environment. You possess basic computer skills, and have a good understanding of systems.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.

• Proficient in either Swedish or English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills, and comfortable using the other language with interest and willingness to improve

• Experience with AutoStore or other WMS systems, hold a forklift license (A and/or B) will be a plus.

• Experience in e-commerce or 3PL environments, as well as flexibility in working hours, is also a plus.
