The Commercial Product Manager drives the growth, market positioning, and commercial success of the data center and compute portfolio across the Nordics, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Acting as the regional strategic lead for compute business, you play a key role in strengthening leadership in the data center market.
You translate the global product roadmap, platform strategy, and investment priorities into a clear regional strategy, compelling value propositions, and ensuring sales teams are equipped to succesfully advise the best compute solution to our customers.
This high-impact role combines strategic influence with execution oversight, driving change, maximizing ROI, and accelerating growth. While not responsible for day-to-day sales, you are accountable for pipeline growth, market mindshare, partner engagement, and building a scalable, future-ready compute business in the region.

Your role & influence as Commercial Product Manager
Responsibility: You will be responsible for driving the strategic growth, market positioning, and commercial success of the compute and data center portfolio across the Nordics, Belgium, and the Netherlands by translating global strategy into regional execution, shaping go-to-market direction, and maximizing the return on investments.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you drive sustainable growth, market leadership, and measurable pipeline acceleration for the compute business across the Nordics, Belgium, and the Netherlands, working closely not only with your immediate team but also with Sales and Vendor Management.
Core activities:
Define and Own Regional Server Strategy – Translate the global roadmap into clear regional priorities, value propositions, and actionable initiatives
Drive Commercial Leadership & Market Momentum – Influence go-to-market execution, track KPIs, accelerate pipeline growth, and lead competitive displacement initiatives
Lead Vendor & Ecosystem Enablement – Collaborate closely with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to strengthen enablement, funded programs, and long-term platform standardization

Additionally, it's important that you have:
A bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
Experience with data center, compute, or infrastructure solutions strategy, enterprise IT or hardware infrastructure, and platform positioning
Experience working with vendor funding programs, driving ROI-based initiatives, and managing pipeline growth, design wins, and workload adoption KPIs
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills
Communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
