Your role & influence as Business Controller
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for acting as a strategic business partner to managers and senior leadership, with a strong focus on driving performance and insights.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of financial planning, analysis, and follow-up. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Sales and Operations to ensure aligned strategies and informed decision-making.
Core activities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business objectives
Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with department heads and senior leadership to drive informed decision-making
Monitor and manage P&L, ensuring cost control and identifying opportunities for margin improvement
Develop and deliver clear financial reporting and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and support governance requirement.

Additionally, it's important that:
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking and you have business controller experience in a large company
You possess strong collaboration and analytical skills, enabling you to deliver accurate financial analysis
You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
